Our fully ceramic heating elements are meticulously crafted by highly trained and specialized professionals. The process begins with the plastification of ceramic powders, which are then rolled into strips, stamped into the desired design, sintered, mechanically processed, and finally assembled. The result is a custom-made heating element, tailored specifically to meet the unique requirements of your production processes.
WHAT DEFINES US?
Electrically conductive silicon nitride is sintered together with an electrically insulating material to form a monolithic body.
Properties:
- direct heat transfer between internal conductor and surrounding material
- high heating rates up to 150 K/s
- high power density 150 W/cm²
- good durability and wear resistance
- high mechanical strength
- very good controlling accuracy
- very low thermal mass

Heating elements
Our heating solutions deliver fast heat-up and cooling rates, excellent temperature uniformity, and precise control in a compact design. They maintain high mechanical strength even under pressure and thermal cycling. We produce miniature heaters as well as heating plates up to 400 mm, customizable in size, shape, and performance. Operating in air, vacuum, or inert gas, they reach temperatures up to 1,000 °C.
System Components
We don’t just develop and manufacture heating elements; we also deliver complete system components: from integrated cooling channels to vacuum and electrostatic chucks. Our portfolio is complemented by comprehensive assembly solutions as well as the necessary accessories – all optimally tailored to your application.
