Adenso develops and supplies modular robotic solutions for high-vacuum environments especially in the areas of semiconductors and optics. Users can easily configure complex cluster systems by docking almost any process module to a central module. These clusters can be supplemented with numerous pre- and post-process options such as heating, cooling, flipping, ..., or special pressure controls - all based on the Adenso VAC.ROBOTICS platform and are jointly controlled by the adControl ClusterOperatingSystem.
