In this role, CRC takes full integrated responsibility for planning, procurement, and execution, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality across all project phases.

Semiconductor, wafer fab, and photonics projects in particular benefit from CRC's ability to combine deep technical expertise with professional project management. As general planner, CRC assumes contractual responsibility for all disciplines – architecture, MEP, and process engineering – providing a single, experienced point of contact from first concept to building handover. The goal is to achieve an overall optimum through synergies across all systems, establishing highly efficient and future-proof supply structures for semiconductor fabs and research facilities.

With this integrated approach, CRC minimizes interface risks, accelerates project timelines, and provides planning reliability for high-investment fab projects.
